Free meat free Cookery demo tonight!

At the St Albans Friends of the Earth meeting

Tues 2nd Feb 8pm
Garden Room, St Pauls Church (corner of Blandford Road and Hatfield Road, St Albans)

Heather from the Green Kitchen will be doing a demonstration of some easy animal free dishes for you to try. Eating less meat and animal products is an easy way to reduce your impact on the environment and Heather will show you that animal free food can be easy and delicious.

Lydia Dant from Waterwise – about a new EU water saving project that 100 St Albans residents will be selected to join. Everyone welcome
