This Sunday 19th April take a day out in Berkhamsted with the Transition Roadshow – happening at different venues across the town.
It will be a great introduction to Transition issues – all welcome – with the opportunity to meet people from Transition groups across Beds, Bucks and Herts as well as people coming along to find out more. Choose specialist workshops on permaculture, local currencies, RE-conony, energy saving, and a discussion on where Transition is going next. And don’t forget the Transition Conversation with the inspirational Rob Hopkins, co-founder of the Transition movement, at 6.30pm.
Book your tickets click here or turn up on the day! Workshops and discussion from 10am till late. There will be food, drink, music and conversation. Make a day of it and enjoy the Farmers Market for your shopping too!
This event in Berkhamsted is one of four national Transition Roadshows in the UK. Transition Towns in Beds, Bucks and Herts have formed Three Counties in Transition to create a week of in-depth Transition. The week will start in Milton Keynes on 18th April at their Green Fair, then the main roadshow day will be in Berkhamsted on the 19th. In the evening will be a Transition Conversation with the co-founder of the international Transition movement, Rob Hopkins. The week will end with the Ecofair at Tring on 25 April.
Come along for an informative and rich event – and bring some friends – see you there!
